This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Adagio Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and David Hering (the “Executive”), this 5th day of August, 2021. This Agreement amends, restates, and supersedes in its entirety that certain Employment Agreement, dated June 30, 2021 (the “Prior Agreement”), between the Executive and the Company.
