This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Adagio Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Jane Henderson (the “Executive”), this 5th day of August 2021. This Agreement amends, restates, and supersedes in its entirety that certain Employment Agreement, dated December 22, 2020 (the “Prior Agreement”), between the Executive and the Company.
