This AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO MASTER SEPARATION AGREEMENT, dated as of April 28, 2022 (this “Amendment”), is by and between Bausch Health Companies Inc., a corporation continued under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada (“Parent”), and Bausch + Lomb Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of Canada (“SpinCo”).
