THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 28, 2022, by and between Short Term Investment Fund for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc. AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, made as of March 28. 2022 (this “Agreement”), by and between the Short Term Investment Fund for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc. (the “Fund”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (“Puerto Rico”) pursuant to a deed of trust, as amended (the “Deed of Trust”), UBS Trust Company of Puerto Rico (“UBS TCPR”), a trust company duly organized and having its principal office and principal place of business in Puerto Rico, licensed with the Office of the Commissioner of Financial Institutions of Puerto Rico (the “Commissioner”) and organized under the Puerto Rico Trust Company Act, as amended, in its capacity as administrator (the “Administrator”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein will have the same meaning as in the Fund’s then-current prospectus and statement of additional information, as amended or supplemented from time to time (together referred to as the “Prospectus”).
