Notice is made pursuant to the Distribution Agency Agreement, dated as of May 13, 2022 (the “Agreement”), by and among Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. (the “Manager”), Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (the “Forward Purchaser”) and Camden Property Trust, a Texas real estate investment trust (the “Company”), relating to the issuance and/or sale of the Company’s common shares of beneficial interest, par value $.01 per share, having an aggregate offering price of up to $500,000,000 (the “Shares”). Unless otherwise defined below, capitalized terms defined in the Agreement shall have the same meanings when used herein.
