364-DAY REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of June 3, 2022, among HUMANA INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), the several banks and other financial institutions from time to time parties to this Agreement (the “Banks”), the agents identified on the cover page of this Agreement and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as administrative agent for the Banks hereunder (in such capacity, the “Agent”) and as CAF Loan agent (in such capacity, the “CAF Loan Agent”).
