This EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of February 8, 2022, by and between Wasatch Advisors, Inc. d/b/a Wasatch Global Investors (the “Advisor”) and Wasatch Funds Trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the U.S. Select Fund (the “Fund”).
