This SIXTH AMENDMENT TO REVOLVING CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) dated as of June 10, 2022, is entered into by and among each of the parties listed on the signature pages hereto as a “Borrower” (collectively, the “Borrowers”) and a “General Partner” (collectively, the “General Partners”), HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as the administrative agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”) and a Lender, and the other banks and financial institutions listed on the signature pages hereto as Lenders.
