AMENDMENT NO. 1, dated as of June 16, 2022 (this “Amendment”), among IQVIA Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Parent Borrower”), IQVIA RDS Inc. a North Carolina corporation and a subsidiary of the Parent Borrower (the “U.S. Borrower”), IQVIA Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Holdings”), the other guarantors party hereto, Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent and as collateral agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), and the Incremental Term A-2 Dollar Lenders (as defined below).
