THIS CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of June 30, 2022, among ADOBE INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), certain Subsidiaries of the Company party hereto pursuant to Section 2.15 (each, a “Designated Borrower” and collectively, the “Designated Borrowers”; the Designated Borrowers, together with the Company, each, a “Borrower” and collectively, the “Borrowers”), the Lenders party hereto, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent.
