FIRST AMENDMENT, dated as of June 29, 2022 (this “Agreement”), to the Sixth Amended and Restated Senior Credit Agreement (as amended, restated, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified in writing from time to time, including by this Agreement, the “Credit Agreement”) dated as of August 20, 2021, among Terreno Realty LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party thereto and KeyBank National Association, as Administrative Agent. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Credit Agreement.
