THIS AGREEMENT, made as of April 26 , 2021, by and between LINCOLN VARIABLE INSURANCE PRODUCTS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust’), on its behalf and on behalf of its investment series set forth in Exhibit A (each, a “Fund”), LINCOLN FINANCIAL DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a Connecticut corporation (“Distributor”), LINCOLN INVESTMENT ADVISORS CORPORATION, a Tennessee corporation (“Adviser”), and ALLSTATE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW YORK] (“Company”), a life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of New York.

This Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated as of May 20, 2022, is between Lincoln Investment Advisors Corporation, a Tennessee corporation (the “Adviser”), and Channing Capital Management, LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware (the “Sub-Adviser”).

Reference is made to the Sub-Investment Advisory Agreement dated May 20, 2022, by and between Lincoln Investment Advisors Corporation (the “Adviser”) and Channing Capital Management, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”) (the “Sub-Advisory Agreement”). Unless otherwise indicated, capitalized terms used but not defined in this letter agreement (this “Letter Agreement”) shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Sub-Investment Advisory Agreement.
