This AMENDED AND RESTATED INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this 23rd day of August, 2021, and effective as of March 5, 2021, by and between each of the registered management investment companies listed on Schedule A of this Agreement (each, a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”) and Jane Jelenko (the “Indemnitee”).
