THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 22, 2022, by and among SPIRE INC., a Missouri corporation, SPIRE ALABAMA INC., an Alabama corporation, and SPIRE MISSOURI INC., a Missouri corporation (each of the above, individually, a “Borrower” and collectively, the “Borrowers”), the Banks from time to time party hereto and WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Administrative Agent for the Banks.
