This MASTER PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of August 1, 2022 by and between PerkinElmer, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (“PKI”), and Polaris Purchaser, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (“Buyer”).
