This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into on the 15th day of August, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between Crestwood Operations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Employer”), and John Black (“Employee”) and amends and restates in its entirety that certain Employment Agreement dated January 23, 2020, between Employer and Employee.
