This THIRD AMENDED AND RESTATED ADMINISTRATIVE AND INVESTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of October 1, 2022, by and between SkyBridge Capital II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Administrator” or “SkyBridge”), and SkyBridge G II Fund, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings attributed to them in the Fourth Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the Company, as amended (the “LLC Agreement”).
