THIS MUTUAL TERMINATION AGREEMENT (the “Termination Agreement” is entered into this ________ day of ______________, 2022 by and between Jefferson National Life Insurance Company of New York, a New York stock life insurance company (“JNLIC-NY”), on its own behalf and on behalf of its various separate accounts that may be established under New York law from time to time (the “Separate Accounts”), and Jefferson National Securities Corporation, a Delaware corporation and a registered broker-dealer (the “JNSC”). Each JNLIC-NY and JNSC is hereinafter referred to as a “Party,” or collectively, as the “Parties.”

THIS DISTRUBUTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), entered into as of November 1, 2022, is by and between JEFFERSON NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW YORK (“JNLIC-NY”), on its behalf and on behalf of the separate accounts that are more particularly described below, and NATIONWIDE INVESTMENT SERVICES CORPORATION (“Distributor”). Each JNLIC-NY and Distributor is hereinafter referred to as a “Party,” or collectively, as the “Parties.”

This Affiliated Company Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective November 1, 2022, by and between Jefferson National Life Insurance Company of New York, a New York corporation (“JNLIC-NY”) and Nationwide Investment Services Corporation (“NISC”), an Oklahoma corporation. JNLIC-NY and NISC are hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
