This Separation Agreement, General Release and Waiver (the “Agreement and Release”) is made and entered into by and between the undersigned team member, both individually and on behalf of their agents, representatives, attorneys, assigns, beneficiaries, heirs, executors and administrators (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Team Member”), and Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. (“WBA”) and Walgreen Co. (“Walgreens”), along with each and all of their parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, joint ventures, officers, directors, employees and other representatives (collectively referred to as the “Company”), and is in connection with the termination of the undersigned Team Member’s employment with the Company, effective as of November 1, 2022 (the “Separation Date”).
