AMENDMENT NO. 18 TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENT, dated as of November 28, 2022 (this “Amendment”), among THE SHERWIN-WILLIAMS COMPANY, an Ohio corporation (the “Company”), the Lenders party hereto, CITICORP USA, INC. (“CUSA”), as Administrative Agent (in such capacity, the “Administrative Agent”), and CUSA, as Issuing Bank (in such capacity, the “Issuing Bank”). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Amendment have the same meanings as specified in the Credit Agreement referred to below.
