This Amended and Restated Change in Control Severance Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of December 29, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Hubbell Incorporated, a Connecticut corporation (the “Company”), and Gerben W. Bakker (the “Executive”) and amends and restates the prior Change in Control Severance Agreement by and between the Company and Executive, dated as of January 24, 2014 (the “Prior Agreement”).
