FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of January 17, 2023 (this “Supplemental Indenture”), by and among SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a limited partnership duly organized and existing under the laws of the Michigan (the “Company”), SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a corporation incorporated under the laws of Maryland (“SUI”), and UMB BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as trustee under the Indenture referred to below (in such capacity, the “Trustee”).
