This SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 30, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between PARTY CITY HOLDINGS INC., a Delaware Corporation (“Service Provider”), and ANAGRAM INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Minnesota corporation (“Service Recipient” or “Anagram”).
