THIS AMENDMENT to the Custody Agreement is entered into as of November 9, 2022 (this “Amendment”) by and between DATUM ONE SERIES TRUST, a business trust organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Trust”), having its principal office and place of business at 50 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60603, on behalf of each series of the Trust listed on Schedule B to the Agreement (as defined below) (each, a “Fund” and, collectively, the “Funds”), separately and not jointly, and THE NORTHERN TRUST COMPANY (the “Custodian”), an Illinois company with its principal place of business at 50 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603.

This first amendment (“Amendment”) to the distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of September 30, 2021, by and between Datum One Series Trust and Foreside Financial Services, LLC (together, the “Parties”), is effective as of November 8, 2022.
