This VOTING AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated as of February 22, 2023 (this “Agreement”), is by and between Partners Bancorp, a Maryland corporation (“Partners”), and the undersigned stockholder (the “Stockholder”) of LINKBANCORP, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation (the “LINK”).
