THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED INVESTOR AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of January 8, 2023, by and between Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. (the “Investor”), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 12780 El Camino Real, San Diego, CA 92130, and Voyager Therapeutics, Inc.
