This AGREEMENT is made this 28th day of February, 2023, between THE PAYDEN AND RYGEL INVESTMENT GROUP, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”) and PAYDEN & RYGEL, a California corporation (hereinafter called the “Adviser”).
