THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made among GUIDESTONE FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (“Trust”), GUIDESTONE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas (“Adviser”), and J.P.
