This Amendment dated as of March 1, 2023, amends the Amended and Restated Master Investment Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated July 1, 2020, between AIM Investment Securities Funds (Invesco Investment Securities Funds), a Delaware statutory trust, and Invesco Advisers, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as follows:
