THIS TERM LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of March 3, 2023, by and among ATMOS ENERGY CORPORATION, a Texas and Virginia corporation (the “Borrower”), the several banks and other financial institutions and lenders from time to time party hereto (the “Lenders”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, in its capacity as administrative agent for the Lenders (the “Administrative Agent”).
