Morgan Investment Management Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal office at 383 Madison Avenue, New York, New York 10017 (the “Manager”) and JPMorgan Asset Management (Asia Pacific) Limited, with its principal place of business in Hong Kong located at 19th Floor, Chater House, 8 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong (the “Sub-adviser”) (the Manager and the Sub-adviser are each referred to herein as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”).
