ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and executed as of April 5, 2023 (the “Execution Date”), by and between Clovis Oncology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and pharma& Schweiz GmbH, located at Riedstrasse 1, 6330 Cham, Switzerland (“Buyer”).
