THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), dated as of March 31, 2023 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), is entered into by and among Gritstone Bio, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and each of its Subsidiaries party hereto as borrower (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Borrower””), and Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company (successor by purchase to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver for Silicon Valley Bridge Bank, N.A.
