This Amendment No. 2 (the “Amendment”) is effective as of December 1, 2022 and amends the Fund Participation Agreement dated November 17, 2014, as amended (the “Agreement”) by and among BLACKROCK VARIABLE SERIES FUNDS, INC. and BLACKROCK VARIABLE SERIES FUNDS II, INC. (each, the “Series”), BLACKROCK INVESTMENTS LLC (“BRIL” or the “Underwriter”) and BRIGHTHOUSE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (the “Company”) on its own behalf and on behalf of each of its separate accounts (“Accounts”) (collectively, the “Parties”). All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the Agreement.
