This Subadvisory Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of this 1st day of January, 2023 by and among Brighthouse Investment Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”), Western Asset Management Company, LLC a California limited liability company (the “Subadviser”), Western Asset Management Company Limited, a company organized under laws of England (“WAMCL”), and Western Asset Management Company Pte. Ltd., a company organized under the laws of Singapore (“WAMS” and together with the Subadviser and WAMCL, the “Subadvisers”). This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Subadvisory Agreement by and among the Manager, the Subadviser and WAMCL dated July 31, 2020.

JOINT MANAGEMENT FEE WAIVER AGREEMENT, effective as of May 1, 2023 (“Agreement”), by and between Brighthouse Investment Advisers, LLC (the “Adviser”), Brighthouse Funds Trust I (“BHFT I”) and Brighthouse Funds Trust II (“BHFT II”) (each, a “Trust” and collectively, the “Trusts”) on behalf of each series of the Trusts listed in this Agreement (each, a “Portfolio,” and collectively, the “Portfolios”).

This Amendment No. 2 to the Subadvisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated August 4, 2017, by and between Massachusetts Financial Services Company (the “Subadviser”) and Brighthouse Investment Advisers, LLC (the “Manager”) with respect to the MFS® Value Portfolio (the “Portfolio”), a series of Brighthouse Funds Trust II, is entered into effective the 1st day of January, 2023.
