THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of the 12th day of December, 2006, by and among Security Benefit Life Insurance Company, (the “Company”), a stock life insurance company organized under the laws of the State of Kansas, on its own behalf and on behalf of each applicable Account (defined below) (each an “Account”), Wells Fargo Funds Trust (the “Fund”), a statutory trust formed under the laws of Delaware, and Wells Fargo Funds Distributor, LLC (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company.
