Fees on Program Assets: 0.05% (5 basis points) per annum of the average monthly amounts that are invested in USMIF and MSSF as a result of the sale through the Programs of Clean Shares of such Funds, to be computed and paid on a quarterly basis, in consideration of distribution, marketing support and other services (the “Distribution Support Fee”).

THIS EXPENSE LIMITATION AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) made as of February 24, 2023 by and between U.S. Monthly Income Fund for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc., (the “Fund”), a corporation created under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (“Puerto Rico”), and UBS Trust Company of Puerto Rico (“UBS TCPR”), a trust company duly organized and having its principal office and principal place of business in Puerto Rico, in its capacity as investment adviser and administrator of the Fund.
