This LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and effective as of July 6, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Blue Owl Capital Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Licensor”), on the one hand, and Blue Owl Technology Finance Corp. II, a Maryland corporation (the “Licensee”), on the other hand (each a “party,” and collectively, the “parties”).
