This AMENDED CHANGE IN CONTROL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into effective as of this 14th day of August, 2023, by and between Middlefield Banc Corp., an Ohio corporation (“Middlefield”), and Michael C. Ranttila, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Middlefield (the “Executive”).
