PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), managed by PNMAC Capital Management, LLC (the “Manager”), and PennyMac Corp., a Delaware corporation and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Guarantor Subsidiary” and, together with the Company, the “Transaction Entities” and each, a “Transaction Entity”), each confirms its agreements with Piper Sandler & Co.
