This CREDIT AGREEMENT entered into as of July 30, 2021 (as it may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Agreement”), among VIAD CORP, a Delaware corporation (the “Top Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, L/C Issuer and Swing Line Lender.
