This Credit Agreement, dated as of September 28, 2021, is among Aon plc, a public limited company organized under the laws of Ireland (together with its successors and permitted assigns, the “Parent”), Aon Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Aon Corporation”), Aon UK Limited, a private limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (“Aon UK Limited”), Aon Global Holdings plc, a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (“AGH”), Aon Global Limited, a private limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (“AGL”), Aon North America, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Aon NA”), the Lenders (as defined below), and Citibank, N.A., a national banking association, as Administrative Agent.
