This Administrative Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Bridgeway Capital Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Administrator”), and Bridgeway Funds, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), on behalf of each of its series listed on the attached Schedule A (each a “Fund” or collectively, the “Funds”), as such Schedule A is amended from time to time. This Agreement amends and restates in its entirety the Administrative Services Agreement previously entered into between the Administrator and the Company initially dated March 1, 2007 (as further amended on August 17, 2007, July 1, 2009, July 1, 2015, February 12, 2016, July 1, 2016, July 1, 2017, April 1, 2019, April 1, 2020, July 1, 2021 and July 1, 2022).
