THIS CONSULTlNG AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) dated [XXXX] are (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between DUPREE MUTUAL FUNDS, a Kentucky business trust having its office and principal place of business at 125 South Mill Street, Vine Center, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky 40507 (the “Trust”), and NORTHERN LIGHTS COMPLIANCE SERVICES, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company having its office and principal place of business at 4221 North 203rd Street, Suite 100, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022 (“NLCS”).
