Each of Core Scientific, Inc.; Core Scientific Mining LLC; Core Scientific Acquired Mining LLC; Core Scientific Operating Company; Radar Relay, Inc.; Core Scientific Specialty Mining (Oklahoma) LLC; American Property Acquisition, LLC; Starboard Capital LLC; RADAR LLC; American Property Acquisitions I, LLC; and American Property Acquisitions VII, LLC (each, a “Debtor” and, collectively, the “Debtors”) proposes the following joint chapter 11 plan of reorganization pursuant to section 1121(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
