This SECOND AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”), effective as of December 8, 2023 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), is by and between Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, a Pennsylvania business trust (“Company”), and Mario C.
