THIS FRAMEWORK INVESTMENT AGREEMENT (including all schedules, appendices, and exhibits attached hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms, this “Agreement”), dated as of [______], 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between General Electric Company, a New York corporation (“Parent”), and GE Vernova Investment Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“GEV IA”).
