This RSU Inducement Award Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2024 (the “Grant Date”), is made by and between International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., a New York Corporation, including its affiliates (the “Company”) and J. Erik Fyrwald (the “Participant”) as a material inducement for the Participant to accept an offer of employment with the Company.
