This AGENCY AND DISTRIBUTION SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is hereby made effective as of the 1st day of September, 2023, and is made and entered into by and between Gainbridge Life Insurance Company, a Delaware corporation (“Insurer”), and Group 1001 Insurance Marketing, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Agency”). Insurer and Agency are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
