In consideration of my employment and the compensation paid to me by Changyou.com Limited, a Cayman Island company, or a subsidiary or variable interest entity thereof (Changyou.com Limited and any such subsidiary and variable interest entity will be referred to herein individually and collectively as “Changyou” and the term “Changyou” will also be deemed to include Sohu.com Limited and its subsidiaries and variable interest entities unless the context requires otherwise), and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, I agree as follows:

This list of examples of “Competitors” of SOHU may be updated by the Company from time to time so that it is consistent with the list of competitors disclosed in the Company’s annual reports on Form 20-F filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
